Hi Everyone!
Today I thought I would share an experience from the Summer Holidays - when I was in Eswatini (formally known as Swaziland). Eswatini is probably one of the friendliest countries I have visited and it was stunning. Oli and I had the best week here (which I will share will you later on). However the highlight was a Safari with a twist...
Oli and I stayed at Hlane National Park and it has a reputation for preserving their herds of Rhinos (the most endangered of the big 5). Well Rhinos are so 'common' in this National Park that you can go on a Rhino Drive!
However, only once were we on the Rhino Drive, we learned something that excited us and terrified us at the same time - the Rhino Drive, wasn't a drive .... IT WAS A WALK!!!
Yep! I have walked with RHINOS! There are no wires nor fences between us and these magestic mammals, we simply had an experienced guide with us... and all he had was a very big stick!
